- User Responsibilities
By using AirlineCompensation.us, Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful flight details (e.g., flight number, departure dates, booking references).
- Submit all necessary supporting documentation (e.g., boarding passes, tickets, receipts, airline communications).
- Avoid submitting the same claim directly to the airline after initiating the process through AirlineCompensation.us.
- Notify AirlineCompensation.us promptly if compensation is received directly from the airline.
- No Win, No Fee Policy
- AirlineCompensation.us operates on a No Win, No Fee basis.
- If the claim is successful, a service fee (a percentage of the final compensation amount) will be deducted before transferring the remaining funds to the User.
- If the claim is unsuccessful, no fees will be charged.
- Payment Terms
- Compensation payments will be processed securely and transferred to the payment details provided by the User.
- Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment information.
- AirlineCompensation.us is not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect payment details.
